Introducing KEEN Footwear

We are excited to bring KEEN Footwear to Hatchet Outdoor Supply Co. with their new collaboration with Engineered Garments. KEEN has been about function and innovation since their founding seventeen years ago. But from ethical manufacturing to sustainable materials to advocacy for social change to non-profit partnerships, KEEN’s commitment to moral leadership makes us very proud to carry their footwear.

Engineered Garments is best known for taking quintessential utilitarian silhouettes from workwear or the military and replacing the heritage with an unfamiliar creativity and then crafting each piece with meticulous details. But with their KEEN UNEEK 2 Slide, Engineered Garments builds an understated playfulness into a new, modern utilitarian staple the KEEN UNEEK 2. The UNEEK itself is somehow incredibly different and incredibly simple. KEEN describes it as, “two cords and a sole.” Those two cords allow the UNEEK to adjust in ways no other shoe or sandal can to accommodate the shape of your foot.

When you're done traversing streams and rock scrambling and looking for comfort, we have the KEEN Jasper. The Jasper takes a suede upper inspired by old-school rock climbing shoes and throws it onto a the unmatched cushioning and support of a cork/latex midsole that will conform to your foot with wear and time.
