Returns

For returns/exchanges, please contact us at support@hatchetsupply.com.

Purchases made using promotional codes and discount codes are not eligible for a return. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a return. Exclusions apply.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the original order date.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.

Please allow 3-7 business days for returns to process.

Refunds 

After a return is received, processed and approved, an email notification will be sent.

Any items received that are not in a returnable condition will be rejected. An email notification will be sent for rejections. Rejected returns are not eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. Rejected returns may qualify for credit through our store gift card. Please contact us at support@hatchetsupply.com for more information on rejected returns.


Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to process to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hatchetsupply.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items outside of our 30 day return window if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hatchetsupply.com.

Please allow 3-7 business days for exchanges to be processed and shipped.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

Before shipping your authorized return, please contact support@hatchetsupply.com.


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of, or damage to, returned goods while in transit from the customer.

International Orders

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times.

We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender, we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items. Returns/exchanges are only accepted if there is a mistake the order or if an item is damaged, defective, worn etc.
